Past Present Future Website

When introduced to this project I was very excited to make it but little did I know I would run into so many problems. Making the site layout in Photoshop I understood very well just the transferring it to Dreamweaver is what I struggled with.

I would follow what it said to do in the instructions video it just didn't match up together correctly and with the teacher being gone it was hard to figure it out on my own or with help from others.

Once the teacher got back he helped me put the Photoshop content correctly into Dreamweaver and I have started to add the other content on my own now. I still need to add the scrollbar and all the word and picture content to complete my site but thankfully I thought ahead and already have it all typed on a word document! What I have left to do is fix the rollover links for past and future and then to add the scrollbar and the word/picture content.

Dreamweaver is being weird with the white space between the top and bottom half because when I look at my site from safari it looks like it should.
This is what it looks like in Dreamweaver.

This is what it looks like in Safari.

I will post a link to my site as soon as I get it finished!

Final Project

For our final project we were assigned to make a website over anything that's school appropriate. With my teachers consent I was able to do a site over criminology jobs. I have had an interest in criminology for awhile now and I figured with this opportunity I could learn more about it while making the site.

These are the pictures I used on the home page of my website.
I gathered all the information I needed first and went on my way of making the site. I loved the way my banner looked on my site but I didn't really like how the sidebar looked, I should have put more work into it. While making the site I learned more about Dreamweaver (the software we used to create the website) and how to find and make certain things into your site. Next time I would definitely put more of my time into it so I could overall make it look better. I am very proud of what I created, I'd just make a few changes.
This is my lovely banner I created in Photoshop for my website.
